"I had cancel my policy with them and switched over to a new company and made sure I called them days in advance to let them know. They said Autopay will be cancelled, but guess what that was a lie. I got charged still even though I had cancel my policy with them. I will get a check in the mail in a few weeks, she's not sure how long. it's a system issues. That doesn't help. She won't let me speak to a manager. Very inconvenient."
